5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments scheduled through this website or by phone are subject to technician availability. We make every effort to accommodate same-day and next-day requests. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice for non-emergency scheduled assessments may result in a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.

Emergency water damage and slab leak response services are dispatched as soon as possible and are not subject to standard scheduling restrictions.
